Laparoscopic Surgery : Cholecystetomy, all types of hernia, appenicetomy, Fundoplication, Hellers myotomy, GJ, Pancreatic Necrosetomy, distal pancratectomy, Splenectomy, liver abscess and cysts., small bowel obstruction, colorectal resections, Rectopexy, Adrenalectomy, Retroperitoneal cysts, Thorocosopic sympatectomy, thoroscopic resection of bulla, Thorocoscopic repair of diaphragm.

GI Surgery : Oessophao gastractomy, radical gastrectomy, liver resections, CBD Exploration, biliary by pass, whipples procedure, distal pancreatectomy, driange of pseudo cysts, pancreatic jejunostomy, bowel resections, low anterior resections, retroperitoneal masses, management of complex bowel fistulas.

General Surgery : Thyroidectomy, Parathyroidectomy, Salivary gland excisions, breast masses and mastectomy, varicose veins, all types of hernia, pilonidal sinus, staple haemorroidectomy and other anorectal conditions including high and recurrent fistulas.

Dr. Premlal undertakes all routine and emergency general surgical procedures. His main area of interest is in Gastrointestinal and Laparoscopic Surgery. We undertake a wide spectrum of Laparoscopic surgeries for gall stones, appendicitis, hernia repairs, Fundoplication Heller’s myomectomy for achalasia cardia, duodenal ulcer perforations, adrenalectomies, various colectomies and surgery for rectal prolapse, thoracoscopic sympathectomy, etc. A broad range of general surgical procedures like thyroidectomise, salivary gland excisions, breast surgeries and varicose veins are undertaken. We also undertake complex procedures like esophagogastrectomy, surgery for stomach, pancreas, whipples procedures and colorectal cancer operations, various biliary surgeries. I also undertake gastroscopy and colonoscopy and PEG – Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy
